Meet The Crew!
Finn Shortman
Hi there I’m Finn,
CEO and Founder of Compassion Crew!
Currently I myself support four participants full time and have been with those same participants for over three years now. Over the three years the participants I support have achieved and done a lot! From realistic and in-depth goal setting resulting in those goals becoming reality with a recently acquired management position within an SDA provider! To the younger lads having frequent trips to the trampoline parks, arcades and bowling alleys, help with schoolwork, looking at university pathways/scholarships and getting active in the gym!

Hi there I'm Charlie,
I am someone who has a great love for all aspects of music. I study music at university, I write and create my own music and I even perform live sometimes. Although new to the support industry I have had hands on training through Compassion Crew and their participant lead training shifts. I am always up for getting out and about in nature and would describe myself as a laid back guy.

Lewis Leighton
Hi there I’m Lewis,
I’ve had the privilege of working closely with various participants, and it’s something I find both meaningful and rewarding. I’ve supported women who live with MS, helping with their day-to-day chores and gardening, and I’ve also spent time working alongside people with high-level ASD diagnosis’s, where patience, consistency, and understanding were key. Most of my background previous to support work has been in horticulture and gardening sales, which taught me to be hands-on, practical, and attentive to detail.

Jonathon (Jono) Daniels
Hi! My name Jono.
I have experience with ASD and other differently wired brains. I appreciate just how big a difference gentleness and consistency can make to someone's life. I love animals, gym and cars. I'm always down to chat movies or anime too! I have experience in IT, landscaping and automotive, so I'd be excited to teach life skills where appropriate! I'm new to the industry however eager to learn and have really enjoyed my time participating in participant lead training shifts. However, in my personal life I do have first hand experience in helping to care for my aunt with Lower motor neuron disease.
