Service Overview

The Compassion Crew offer a unique 'Crew' building support service. Working together with participants we build a personalised, independent and secure support crew based on the hours of support required by the participant!

Some major issues with independent support work include shift covers, holiday leave and sick days. Unfortunately participants are usually left without support or stuck working with an unfamiliar support worker. Having your own crew solves this issue, giving participants security while maintaining the independence!

Each crew no matter the size has a 'Senior Support Worker' who acts as the participants right hand man, in charge of organising shift covers, crew communication and any general issues that arise. They're Job is not only to support the you, but to also make sure everything runs smoothly!

Each participant's needs are going to vary greatly however below we have put together a general recommendation of the crew size based on required support hours.
